Dear Sir:

We would like to propose a partnership with the USAID Fish Right Program to help with the projection
mapping requirements of your “Kalayaan Interpretive Exhibit” (Exhibit):

Each party’s commitments are as follows:

(VIEWSONIC):

 (VIEWSONIC) will provide equipment and technical support for the Exhibit subject to the terms
and conditions stipulated below.
 (VIEWSONIC) will provide USAID Fish Right with technical advice on the appropriate projectors
and related equipment and accessories to purchase for the Exhibit
 (VIEWSONIC) will provide, through its seller (TRICOM), fund support through a ___% discount on
the suggested retail prices of all (VIEWSONIC) equipment and accessories (exc. 12% VAT) that
USAID Fish Right will purchase under this agreement.
 (VIEWSONIC) will provide an extended warranty of __ years on all equipment procured by USAID
Fish Right under this agreement.
 (VIEWSONIC) will train USAID Fish Right staff and others to be identified by USAID Fish Right on
the operation and use of the (VIEWSONIC) equipment at their location.
 (VIEWSONIC) will shoulder the cost of initial delivery of the equipment to a location to be
identified by USAID Fish Right and agreed by both parties.

USAID FISH RIGHT PROGRAM:

 USAID Fish Right will use (VIEWSONIC) projectors in the Exhibit.
 USAID Fish Right will be responsible for entering into direct contractual arrangement with
(TRICOM) for the purchase of all (VIEWSONIC) equipment covered by this agreement and the
discounted rate stipulated above, and their installation at the Exhibit location.
 USAID Fish Right will be solely responsible for entering into an agreement with its local partners
related to the installation site.
 USAID Fish Right will cover costs related to the transport of the equipment after their initial
delivery by (VIEWSONIC).
 USAID Fish Right will provide a certificate that it is not subject to 12% VAT.
  USAID Fish Right will ensure that (VIEWSONIC) is prominently acknowledged in the Exhibit as a
partner in mounting the immersive display.
