    Respected Sir/madam,

    We Nurses are working in BARC Hospital through the recruitment with the qualification of Diploma
    in General Nursing and Midwifery course. After that we did additional qualification from Nursing
    through the approval from BARC. We completed the Bsc Nursing from IGNOU and updated the
    certificate in our division. But as per the rule we are not received the additional qualification
    allowances from our department since 2017. And also we have already reminded the recruitment
    department 2-3 times ,still we didn’t receive any positive response from the department. During this
    pandemic , we are the frontline health care workers ,working nonstop for the nation, will be grateful
    to you for sanctioning our additional qualification allowances as earliest. Hoping that you’ll look into
    the matter and do the needful
