• Used in conjunction with a Pressure Activated Firing Head,


Ball Activated Differential Safety Firing Head, or the HTD-BLAST system.

• Consists of the time delay hardware, an igniter, and a time delay fuse.

• Igniter Contained in a “TC-005” detonator body or “TC-044” CT transfer sub.

• Increase operational time by the addition of time delay elements.

• Obtain maximum use overbalanced pressures.

• The standard Firing pin in the TC-022-2375-000 must be


changed out for the firing pin TC-022-0010-000 when being
used on top of the time delay system.

• The standard Firing pin in the TC-022-2375-200 must be


changed out for the firing pin TC-022-0010-200 when being
used on top of the time delay system.

• Pulse Wave Transfer System
• Features / Benefits
• A simple and cost-effective method way to accurately space out
perforating guns deployed on tubing.

• Eliminates the need for long intervals of blank spacer guns in vertical
or horizontal wells.

• Utilizes a pressure generating sub attached to the donor perforating gun to create
a “Pulse Wave” that passes through the fluid in the spacer tubing and activates
the vented differential firing head on the receiving gun.

• Reliable transfers through 250 feet(8 joints) of standard tubing, this figure
can be extended by adding a repeater system.

• Suitable in new wells, previously completed wells, and saltwater disposal wells
where a column of fluid can be established.

• Run when it is desirable to drop the gun upon firing.

• Designed for both underbalance or highly overbalanced release operations.

• Can be run with the mechanical impact firing head, safety impact firing
head (LP, HP), and Pressure activated firing head.

• Immediately releases guns upon firing head initiation.

• Leaves the tubing fully open.

• Eliminates the need for Wireline/Slickline to release guns.

• Medium duty separation tool for TCP operations where it is desirable to
drop the discharged gun system after firing. Allows for other tools or operations
such as logging or treating.

• Guns released using a Model B shifting tool with positive keys on Wireline/Slickline.

• Fully sealed allowing pressure testing of the tubing prior to shifting.

• Offered in several sleeve sizes, full bore version is also available.

• Ran between joints of tubing unlike the automatic gun release.

• No time limit on dropping the firing head and TCP guns.

Vent Systems
• Fill / Flow Subs
• Features / Benefits
• Offered in 2-3/8, 2-7/8, and 3-1/2 EUE thread.

• Allows the production tubing to fill while running in hole, as well as acting as
a flow passage for reservoir fluids to enter the tubing during production.

• Features a thin glass disk used in certain applications which keeps debris from
settling on top of the firing head that could potentially affect its operation.

• Simple design is easy to service and redress.

• Large ports give greater flow area than the tubing bore.

• The glass disk is not sealed and does not hold any differential pressure.

Vent Systems
• Bar Activated Vent
• Features / Benefits
• Designed to be the primary underbalance valve in drop bar TCP operations.

• Operates from annulus hydrostatic and requires a minimum of 500 psi to activate.

• The tubing can be completely dry, operates independently of tubing hydrostatic.

• Once the valve opens, it locks in place.

• Does not reduce drop bar velocity.

• Can be run with any packer.

• Can be run in a TCP tool string to achieve a differential pressure between
the formation and the tubing string to establish an underbalance
condition for perforating.

• Small RA pellet is contained in a chamber and held in place by a set screw,

logs for accurate gun placement across the zone.

• Scalloped Gun Lift Sub Equipment
• Features / Benefits

• Used to position a TCP perforating gun into the well at the rig floor.

• Collars available to attach to either top or tandem gun subs.

• The rig’s elevator then can latch securely around the lift assembly with the gun
attached and raised to vertical over the wellbore opening.

• The lifting cap has an O.D. of 4-11/16” so this assembly can be used on a variety
of rig elevator sizes.

• Used for safe storage and handling of loaded perforating guns.

• Provide a sealed protective cap on either end of the gun.
