This study will examine the time management skills of STEM students at AMA Computer Learning Center for the 2022-2023 school year. Time management is important for students' performance and achievements. The study will distribute questionnaires to collect data on students' time management and how it affects their stress levels and ability to complete tasks. This study will identify the Time Management of the STEM students of AMA Computer Learning

Center (ACLC). The primary participants of this research study will be consist of the STEM students of
AMA Computer Learning Center, school year 2022-2023. The aim this research is to determine the
time management skills of the student’s. Time management is very important and it may affect
individual’s overall performance and achievements. However, all of this are related by how individuals
manage their time to suit their daily living or to make it flow steadily with their routines. Conductive
settings and environment will surely promote positive outcomes to the students, besides having good
lectures given by their teachers.
Time management is a collection of skills that you may use to make the most of your time and
enhance your quality of life. Most commonly, students would find meaning, accomplishment, and
even fulfillment once achieved the objectives that they set.

However, some of the students do not have a good time management skills that has negatively affect
their life and their academics. The usage of time by students in higher educations is related to their
routines and activities. Student’s time management can also affect stress level of students as they
need to cope with their tasks and their personal achievements.
The current paper reports the results of 2 quasi experimental studies conducted to examine the
efficacy of time management intervention of high school students. In both studies, there was no
difference between the treatment and control groups in improvement in self-reported time
management skills as a result of the intervention. However, the treatment group reported
significantly greater improvement than the control group for secondary outcomes such as stress
(Studies 1 and 2), anxiety (Studies 1 and 2), depression (Study 1), and knowledge of time management
strategies (Study 1). Additionally, advisor ratings the student time management skills were higher for
the treatment than for the control group in Study 2. Implications and suggestions for improving the
intervention are discussed.

The reviewed research displays several limitations. First, time management has been defined and
sensationalized in a variety of ways. Some instruments were not reliable or valid, which could account
for unstable findings. Second, many of the studies were based on cross-sectional surveys and used
self-reports only. Thirdly, very little attention was given to job and organize factors. There is a need
for more rigorous research into the mechanisms of time management and the factors that contribute
to its effectiveness. The ways in which stable time management behaviours can be established also
deserves further investigation.
This review makes clear which effects may be expected of time management, which aspects may be
most useful for which individuals, and which work characteristics would enhance or hinder positive
effects. Its outcomes may help to develop more effective time management practices.

Henceforth, this research study will shed light a report on the concept of time management that
significantly affects towards the STEM student’s of AMA Computer Learning Center on their
potentiality to complete their tasks on time. The researchers will give questionnaires to the
participants in this research study wit the primary goal of collecting data for statistical analysis.
