Late submission of assignments results to peculiar penalties. Our module guidelines

clearly state that late submission from the stipulated time results to 10 percent of mark deduction.

They also indicate that no marks will be awarded for submitting assignment after the grace

period stated has elapsed. Late submission of assignments without prior communication with the

module lecturer results to hefty penalties.

It is essential to inform the module lecture before the due time for any late submission of

an assignment. Failure to do so it will attract grave consequences. I admit my mistake of not

communicating with my lecturer in time to inform him of the challenges I experienced that led to

late submission of my assignment.

Effective communication is essential to success in education. By sending an email to the

module lecturer to offer an extension can be significantly helpful. I understand our module

clearly states the consequences of submitting assignments late and not communicating with the

module lecturer on time. I should have communicated earlier about my research work about the

topic that took me more time than expected to scrutinize and utilize to complete my homework.

This is my first late submission and I am hopeful you could pardon me for my mistake.

Late submission of assignment will result to losing grades that will later ruin my grades.

Missing the grades due to late submission of my last assignment will make me lose assignment

marks. I have always submitted my assignments on time to avoid hefty penalties that will later

lower my grade. Sincerely, the module was challenging and needed in-depth research. It is my

norm to study extra materials outside the lecture notes and module materials before completing

assignments. During my research, I have spent hours studying other references and engaged with
more essential sources that expanded my knowledge about the topic. Henceforth, I plan to

manage my research time appropriately and submit assignments in time.

I sincerely apologize for the late submission of my assignment. I did not intentionally

delay submitting my assignment and promising never to be late again. Please give me a second
