WEEKLY ACCOMPLISHMENT REPORT

WORK CONTENT
1. Securing the following documents to be used all throughout the program; (e.g list of

target LHs from DARPO; photocopy of title; APSP; copy of DENR Projection);

2. Identify the list of ARBs (actual occupant’s area of tillage/ occupancy);

3. Identify the ARBs/ actual occupants by group or cluster;

4. Identify the venue of pulong=pulong;

ACCOMPLISHED
1. The team secured the the following documetns. (however, the sepia copy of DENR

projection is what the engineer requested)

2. Team engineer presented the list ARBs to be identified.

3. Conducted meeting for the flow of identification of ARBs and the venue of pulong -

pulong for each barangay.

REMARKS
1. On -going identification of ARBs.

2. Team engineer prepare the list of ARBs by cluster.

3. Preparation of Noticeof Meeting after the finalization the venue of pulong -pulong.
