(STRATEGIES)
1. Coordinate with Punong Barangays/Purok
Leaders/CAFU for every schedule of
desludging under their jurisdiction;

2. After tagging/inventory of septic tanks, install

the COLOR RED TAG within the
household/building gate as an indicator for
desludging team that the said building is subject
for Desludging. Take picture of
household/building septic tanks with
coordinates;
3. Assigned Team leader for each Desludging
Team shall undertake close monitoring with
their personnel;

4. Conduct Time and Motion Study from

Motorpool to Desludging activity up to
Disposal Site;

5. Establish overall database for Total Volume

(m3) Desludge per Month for every
location.
