ଯିବାପାଇଁ ଇ ା କରନି, େତେବ ତା ୁ SAMS େପାଟାଲ (http://samsodisha.gov.in) େର ପ ୀକୃ ତ login ଜରିଆେର

ଅନଲାଇ ମା ମେର “Slide-up Request” ଫମ ଦାଖଲ କରିବାକୁ ପଡ଼ିବ । ଆେବଦନକାରୀ ପ ୀକୃ ତ େମାବାଇ
ନମରକୁ ପଠାଯାଇଥବା OTP ମା ମେର ହ ଏହି ପକିୟା ପାମାଣିକରଣ େହବ।

If an applicant desires to avail Slide-up option after taking admission in a lower

choice of preferred Higher Secondary School, then s/he have to submit the “Slide-up

Request” form through on-line in his/her registered login on SAMS Portal

(http://samsodisha.gov.in). The process will be authenticated through OTP sent to the

registered mobile number of the applicant.
