registered articles handled in a
month
This includes Registered Letters,
Parcels, Speed Posts Articles, VP
Articles received for delivery and
posted for dispatch
Handling of Money Orders
1 Point is awarded For every 15 Money
Orders handled in a month

This includes-
MO received for payment

MO issued from BO

Old Age Pension disbursement through MO

 Sale of Postage Stamps
1 Point is awarded For every Rs.900
worth of stamps sold in a month
 Cash Handling
1 Point is awarded For Cash Handling of
Rs 20000 in a month

This includes-
MO Issue/ payments

Deposit/ withdrawal of all Savings Schemes

Premium collection

Bill collection/ Bill payment (excluding

salary)
 Cash Handling
Cash received from AO and remitted
to AO will not be taken into account.

Similarly, Transactions related to CSC

and IPPB will not be taken into
account as these work is being done
