    * WHAT EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE IN THIS POSITION ?


    Ans:-In my last job as SITE SUPERVISOR in Irshad & Co. I will perform different tasks such as
    supervise subcontractors, ensuring they perform according to agreed-upon standards and
    timelines and Maintain detailed records of daily activities, work progress, material usage, and
    any site incidents for reporting and future reference.
    * WHAT HAVE YOU DONE TO IMPROVE YOUR KNOWLEDGE IN THIS
    POSITION FOR THE PAST YEAR(S)?
    Ans:-I join some career counseling meetings and read industry and career books I read a
    famous book The One Thing 2012 by JAY PAPASAN. Give some time to different software
    such as MS EXCEL, MS WORD and POWER POINT. Motivate myself to take risks and face
    challenges in life and industry. Also attend some conference for self awareness.
    * WHAT ARE YOUR EXPECTATIONS REGARDING PROMOTIONS AND SALARY
    INCREASE?

    Ans:-I would like to take on additional responsibilities as I prove myself


    and grow in the job. I just want to work hard to grow more and regarding salary I
    hope you will give me 10% salary increase per year.
    * WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR BIGGEST PROFESSIONAL DISAPPOINTMENT?? AND WHAT
    CHALLENGES ARE YOU LOOKING FOR IN THIS POSITION?
    Ans:-I did not face any biggest professional disappointment that I will tell you. I am ready to face
    any type of challenges in this job but right now I am looking that I have to get ready for new
    country, late night shifts, hard work, patience and to give my 100% to the firm.
    * WHAT DO YOU CONSIDER TO BE YOUR STRENGTH AND WEAKNESS?
    Ans:-Strength:- I am very confident and self motivated person and my these skills are my
    Strength.
    Weakness:-I will focus one project at time.

    Ans:-To avail this good opportunity and to learn from big country and Successful Firm these
    things also helps me to improve my cv and career.
