A goal is an idea of the future or desired result that a


person or a group of people envisions, plans and commits
to achieve.

Think of a goal as your


final destination, if you
don’t know what your
final destination is,
there is no way to plan
on how to get there.
WHY GOAL-SETTING IS
IMPORTANT?
Psychological experiments
proved that visualization
helps people achieve their
goal. It gives extra strength
to a person to perform
unfamiliar task. This is
called “Vision Therapy”.
