Dear esteem PPMFs for you to note, I share the ACTION POINTS of the expansion
states meeting held of the state engaged by SHOP PLUS – TB.

presumptives and positive case,
 Work on re-strategize SBBC during
evening time.

2. FCT  Keep up good work for 11 cases Oma Tasie/Dr Gloria


 Continue contact tracing

3. Kebbi  Sustain the good work of 4 cases Dr. Ashiru


 Continue to carry out contact investigation.

4. Katsina  Keep up the good work Dr. Bilyaminu


 Put more effort on contact investigation.

5. Borno  Improve mentoring in order to increase TB Abba Fema


diagnosis
 To carryout contact investigating of TB
cases
 To carryout planned outreach activities.

6. Gombe  Make corrections and add the four (4) Sunday Lewis
missing case next week
 Continue contact investigation of all index
cases.

7. Kwara  Continue exploring the chances of Soladoye and Morenike


presumptive and positive from PPMVs
 To carryout three (3) outreaches as planned.

8. Jigawa  Carry out 3 SBCC as planned Chisom Okechukwu


 To improve on quality screening to get
more presumptives and cases.
 Sustain the good work done.
9. Adamawa  Work on strategies that will yield more Dr. Dennis/Thomas
presumptive and cases
 To work with PPMVs with high burden
clients for screening to yield presumptive
and positive case.
 Give update of SHOP PLUS contribution to
state programme.

10. Ekiti  To continue on their strategies of case Moses

 Continue contact investigation of the index

 Give an update on tertiary centre Babalola
Teaching Hospital.

11. Bayelsa  Continue mentoring of engage facilities to Dr. Pere


improve on presumptive identification and
positive cases.
 Continue contact investigation
 To carryout outreaches as planned.

12. Zamfara  Dr. Sheshe will give feedback on laboratory Andrew Musa
payment for AFB Test.
 To work on strategy to operates in Zurmi
and Maradun LGA TB Services.
