RE: Educational Excursion to KidZania, Noida for Grades 2, 4 and 6 on 4th November 2023

We're delighted to announce an educational excursion to KidZania in Noida for students in Grades 2, 4 and
6. KidZania offers a unique, safe, and interactive environment where children can roleplay in various
professions, learning valuable life skills in the process.

Details of the Excursion:

For: Grades 2, 4 and 6
Date: Saturday, 4th November 2023
Location: KidZania, Sector 38, Noida
Reporting time at NWS: 8:20 a.m.
Return to NWS: *3:30 p.m. approximately
Cost: Rs. 1100 (includes breakfast and lunch)
Dress Code: School uniform and ID cards
*Note: The return time may vary on account of traffic. Updates will be sent via parents’ WhatsApp groups.

What to Bring:
Water bottle
Dry snacks for the morning journey
An extra uniform set (For grade 2 only)

Transportation:
School buses will be available for bus users.
Parents who drive their children should pick them up from the school reception at around 3:30 p.m. Please
bring your RFID card.

Food:
Breakfast and lunch will be provided at KidZania.
One frooti and a packet of chips will be given to students for the return journey.

If you're interested in having your child join this educational excursion, please complete the consent
form and submit it along with Rs. 1100 at the School's fee counter by Tuesday, 31st October 2023.

participating in all of the activities described in the accompanying information. I acknowledge the need for
my child to behave responsibly.

I understand that the group leader and teachers in charge of the party will take all reasonable care of
students and that they cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by my child
arising, during or out of the school visit/activity.
