Old table and cabinet : the potential scenarios that may occur to this
kinds of hazards is fall accidents, for example, there’s an earthquake,
this hazards may cause fall accidents because it may fall or broke
directly at you for no reason.

File/Documents and open-electric panel, electric chords : this kind of


hazards may cause some fire accidents. For examples, the open-electric
panel and electric chord will overheat or whgen you plug it, it will spark
and may cause fdire at the fire/documents.

Wet floor : this kind of hazards may cause some kind of “slip accident”.
For example when you hurry in passing your document or file to your
boss, you will slipped in hurry and then hurt your head or body for no
reason.
