Methodology Of Work

A work methodology is a set of practices, procedures and rules used in a discipline. In other words,
it is a set of work methods that allow professionals to carry out their tasks in an organized and
precise manner. The importance of having a work methodology in a project lies in the fact that this
is one of the specific stages that leads to a selection of specific techniques regarding the procedure
intended to carry out the tasks linked to the research, work or project.
Make Or Buy
A make-or-buy decision is an act of choosing between manufacturing a product in-house or
purchasing it from an external supplier. Also referred to as an outsourcing decision, a make-or-buy
decision compares the costs and benefits associated with producing a necessary good or service
internally to the costs and benefits involved in hiring an outside supplier for the resources in
question.
KPI´S
A KPI is a quantifiable value used in the organization to track and determine the progress of a
certain business objective. KPIs allow organizations to evaluate their performance and decide if
they should continue with current behaviors or if they need to change strategy.

Lay out is a term that refers to the physical distribution of elements in a space, such as a factory, a
warehouse, an office or a commercial establishment. It is a design that seeks to optimize the
arrangement of elements to achieve greater efficiency in the use of space, reduce production
times, improve the circulation of people and materials, and facilitate the work of employees.

The process diagram, also known as a flow chart, is one of the most useful tools for any company
and in the management of projects of all types. It allows you to know the business processes
within a single document and their relationships, identify points of improvement and, in general,
give importance to all the processes of a company, no matter how small they may seem.
