GREETING CARD FROM CHAIRMAN

ON OCCASION OF DEEPAWALI FESTIVAL

We invite a reference to our letter No.HR/IR/NKC/2023-24/1151 dated 07.10.2023

wherein it was advised that an allocation of Rs.2,500/- per head has been done out of
Welfare Funds for distribution of Sweets / Dry Fruits amongst all employees. As per
the given instructions, distribution of Sweets/Dry Fruits has to be done just before
Deepawali Festival.

2. In this context, we advise that it has been decided by the Competent Authority,
that a Greeting Card from Chairman has to be given to every Staff in the Circle/ CC/CC
establishments alongwith Sweet/ Dry Fruit HampersNouchers in a befitting manner.
The specimen of the Greetings Card is enclosed in this regard for reference and
necessary action.

3. We, therefore, request to make necessary arrangements for printing of

Greetings Card as per the enclosed specimen on the specified format, on a standard
paper of good quality. Further, as per the instructions of the Competent Authority,
necessary instructions may be issued to all Branches/units under your control
including Corporate Centre Establishments falling under your geographical area to
arrange for distribution of Greetings Card , alongwith Sweet/ Dry Fruit Hampers. All
other instructions in this regard viz. distribution of sweet/dry fruit hampers/vouchers
from Staff Welfare Fund, remains unchanged.
