Your appointment is on 07.11.2023 between 10:00 and 11:00.

For this appointment, you must bring with you :

your current and all previous passports
one duly completed application form for long-term visa per applicant
all documents as specified in the instructions given on our website in the section „family reunion visa“. Please read
the instructions carefully and follow them exactly.

Please note, that you will not be admitted into the visa section if the passport no. (FE5974873) and name (Hafiza
Nida Saeed) provided with the registration does not match with the entries in your passport. No exceptions will
be made!

The German Embassy is located in the Diplomatic Enclave in Islamabad. Every visitor must take the Diplomatic Shuttle
from the 3rd Avenue, Quaid-e-Azam University Road to the Embassy. The Shuttle Service is a private company; the price
of their services is subject to change without notice. The visa sections can only be reached during official office hours.
There is no parking near the Embassy’s Consular section. Please contact the Shuttle Service in advance via the following

In order to keep you and us healthy and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus please note that all visitors are required
to wear a face mask at all times within the premises of the embassy. Before entering the Visa Section your
temperature will be checked. In case you feel sick or notice any symptoms of the Coronavirus please inform us and do
not attend the appointment.

IMPORTANT: You have to reconfirm this appointment in order to secure it. If you would like to accept the appointment,
then please confirm by clicking on this confirmation link.

If you do not reconfirm the appointment within 7 days of receipt of this email, the appointment will automatically
be cancelled.

If you do not wish to accept the appointment and want to cancel it right away, please click this cancellation link. A new
appointment can only be obtained by following the complete registration process.

One last word: The appointment granted was the earliest available. We therefore appreciate your understanding that
requests for earlier appointments will not be answered at all.
