AZIMARINE & GENERAL SERVICES LIMITED

WHEREAS, MOBIL PRODUCING NIGERIA UNLIMITED (“Company”) entered into an

agreement (“the agreement”) with AZIMARINE & GENERAL SERVICES LIMITED
(“Contractor”), effective October 15, 2008 for the Provision of Non-Regular Staff (LOMSS).

NOW THEREFORE, pursuant of Article 30 of the Agreement, Company and Contractor have
agreed to amend the Agreement as follows:

1. To extend the Agreement to September 30th, 2021; effective May 1st, 2021

2. This amendment shall be read and construed as forming part of the Agreement and
except to the extent modified by this amendment, all other terms and conditions of the
Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have caused their duly authorized representatives to
