Brief: The primary goal of the proposed Computer Training Centre is to equip our

and better decision-making. This proposal outlines the establishment of a Computer
Training Centre at Hindustan Transport Company Ltd., Aurangabad. The centre aims to

Technical plan
The training program will be meticulously designed to cater to employees of various skill
levels, from beginners to advanced users. The curriculum will cover essential topics such
as:
Computer basics and operating systems
Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Data management and storage techniques
Introduction to cloud computing and data security

Infrastructure: Set up a dedicated training space with computers, servers and printers.
Additionally, the centre will be furnished with ergonomic furniture to ensure a conducive

An estimated budget of Rs. 250000 is allocated for the establishment of the Computer
Training Centre. This covers infrastructure setup, hardware and software acquisition,
curriculum development, personnel costs, and ongoing support.
