Guided by the purest way of the fresh water and the richness of
human and natural resources, Solana Fresh Water Fishery School is a
haven for life-long and future-ready learners. Anchored to the DepEd’s
agenda, MATATAG: Bansang Makabata, Batang Makabansa, SFWFS
steadfastly stands on the tall order of MAking the curriculum relevant to
produce competent and job-ready, active, and responsible citizens; TAking
steps to accelerate delivery of basic education facilities and services; TAking
good care of learners by promoting learner well-being, inclusive education,
and a positive learning environment; and, Giving support to teachers to
teach better.

Just like the iconic PANGUL (lagoon) where still water lies beyond the
surface, its symbolism of depth and life, is a representation of the school’s
earnest aspiration to produce useful and future-ready learners imbued with
academic excellence and outstanding technical-vocational skills.

The PANGUL 2023-2028 is the school’s philosophy and viewpoint in

Propelling Academic Excellence and TVL Skills through a Nurturing
education Geared towards the making of Useful and Future-ready Learners
(PANGUL). It is a compilation of well deliberated and prudently planned
school programs, projects, and activities as gains from supervisory reports,
monitoring and evaluation results and researches that shows the realization
of the four pillars of education such as access, equity, quality, and resiliency
and well-being.
