    Dear Sir,

    This letter is in relation to CGT working for one of our clients named Mr. Naveed Afzal
    (UIN: 35201-3535689-3) who transferred his shares from Investor Account Services. Due to the
    transfer of shares, the original purchase price is not known and the client and the brokerage
    house needs a detailed CGT working in order to post an entry into the client account held at the
    brokerage house. Please process this request as the client wants to withdraw his funds and we
    need the information before it is deducted by NCCPL by the mid of the month.
