CORPORATE QUALITY POLICY

FDGS Group of Companies corporate policy is aimed at satisfying and exceeding our customer’s
requirements through an effective implementation and continual improvement of our Quality Management
System (QMS), with the use of competent workforce in all areas of our operations, while complying with
all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.

Corporate Objectives

In ensuring we abide to our corporate policy; we have set out objectives to enables us stay true to our policy.
These objectives include:
• Ensure 100% compliance with the requirements of the scope of work of our client prior to work
execution.
• Achieve a minimum of 70% customer satisfaction on all projects.
• Carry out quarterly audit of the Quality Management System (QMS).
• Ensure 100% adherence to the maintenance system schedule for all facilities and equipment.
• Execute a minimum of 70% of all training request within the year.
• Implement a bi-annual competency assessment system for all personnel.
• Conduct a biannual customer satisfaction survey within a year to assess quality of service rendered.
• Execute an annual management review meeting to assess the implementation and continual
improvement of the quality management system.
