everyday physical activities.

The four human movement:

Locomotion- each steps shifts the body’s center f mass. Our bodies move straight. One leg at a time
transfers ground forces to the body. This functional locomotion movement pattern will incorporate
walking, jumping, leaping, and skipping.

Level changes- occur when the trunk, lower extremities, or both lower or raise the center of mass. The
functional movement pattern will incorporate squatting, bending, and swinging
