We the undersigned are submitting the following few lines for your kind consideration and
favourable orders.

We the undersigned are selected and drafted from National academy of construction,
Hyderabad. vide reference 1st citied to work in HMDA after conducting personal interview,
Verification of our application keeping in view of our academic qualification and marks obtained in
M.Tech (planning), B.planning, B.Arch out of 128 candidates attended for Interview as stated in the
reference 1st cited.

We further submit that we are attending our legitimate duties honestly to the satisfaction of
our superiors in HMDA i.e., processing of DPMS files and LRS files, working on GIS Master Plan, PFU
and various other duties assisting our concerned Officers.

In this connection we would like to bring to your kind honour that some of our colleagues
who are working in “NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF URBAN MANAGEMENT (NIUM), Hyd. & DIRECTOR OF
TOWN & COUNTRY PLANNING (DTCP)” on outsourcing basis are being paid i.e. Rs.32,000/- per
month excluding all allowances. Whereas we are being paid only Rs.20,000/- per month excluding all
allowances.

Therefore we are requesting the benevolent special chief secretary & principal secretary to
Govt. MA&UD & MC sir, HMDA may please consider our request and sanction an amount of
Rs.35,000/- per month or at least on par with our colleagues in various departments. As stated supra
as we all are from reputed Architectural/Engineering colleges for which your act of kindness we will
be ever grateful to you.
