I write to apply for the position of an office administrative assistant to manage the front office
and handle other day to day administrative duties at Ecobank Ghana’s East Legon branch.
I am a young and energetic woman who thinks in terms of results. I have a passion for service
and acquiring new skills and abilities. I am an effective team player with good communication
skills that allows me to build strong interpersonal relationships with people. I am poised for new,
diverse, and challenging environments that may enable me to enhance my potential for personal,
academic and career development.
Due to my prowess and expertise in data science, I was one of the few graduates selected to have
their national service at the Biostatistics department of Korle Bu Teaching Hospital. My ability
to multitask and eagerness to learn enabled me to make several contributions in terms of
research, administrative duties, data classification and analysis, as well as any other assigned
duties, have piqued my desire to explore similar or other significant positions such as this office
administrative assistant position that will sharpen my innovative, critical thinking and problem
solving skills.
Through my professional experiences, I developed good research and analytical, organizational,
and management skills. These experiences made me acquire a strong commitment to time
management with excellence as my hallmark. I am highly convinced that I can be able to
translate the acquired values and skills as a positive contribution to the attainment of the mission
and vision of Ecobank Ghana Limited. If given the opportunity, I promise to make the best out of
