NAVRATAN PIPE AND PROFILE LIMITED

 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
We, Navratan Pipe and Profile Limited, are setting up an industrial unit for manufacturing of
Pre-Engineered Building System, Steel Sheet Piling Profile, Transmission Tower, Cable Tray
Management System, Monopoles for Transmission Tower & High Mast Poles with a vast
experience of more than 40 years in the steel manufacturing business.

The company was incorporated in 2005 with Registrar of Companies vide Certificate of
Incorporation No U27106DL2005PLC138856 of 2005-2006. It is a Limited Company, that is
closely held among family members. The Corporate Office of the Company is situated in
Mayapuri, New Delhi.

The Promoter/Director of the Company, Shri Suresh Bhardwaj has been in steel business for
the past 30 years and has strong liaison / business networking in prestigious Government and
Corporate Sectors such as DMRC, L&T, SECL, BHEL, NTPC, Tata Power, ISGEC, SAIL, etc.

The company is setting up a unit for power sector. It will be a prestigious unit for Rajasthan in
which 500 individuals will be employed. Following products will be manufactured in the unit:
1. Transmission Towers
2. Cable Tray for Projects
3. High Mast Poles / Street Poles
4. Steel Piles Profile
5. Pre-Engineered Building (PEB)
6. Railway Profiles / Mast

We have already acquired industrial plot for the said project at Karoli Industrial Area, Bhiwadi,
Rajasthan measuring 16000 sq.mtrs. from RIICO.

We have also acquired Plant & Machinery from indigenous and imported supplier and the
total worth of the same is Rs 37.26 Crores.

Navratan Pipe and Profile Limited is a ZERO Debt Company with a clear ROC.
No outstanding pending dues towards any financial institutions. All the charges stand vacated in
ROC.

STEEL SHEET PILING PROFILE (Z/U PROFILE)

Sheet piles are sections of sheet materials with interlocking edges that are driven into the ground to provide earth
retention and excavation support. Sheet piles are most commonly made of steel, but can also be formed of timber
or reinforced concrete.

 TRANSMISSION TOWER

The main factor of any electrical power transmission line is transmission tower. The main parameter of high voltage
transmission lines are mainly depend on voltage level. There are different types of towers use for electrical power
transmission lines. The Major type of Transmission Towers can categorize below:

CRASH BARRIER / GUARD RAIL

Crash Barriers are used to prevent the major risk of accidents and vehicle collision. These Crash Barriers find wide
application in hilly areas, highways, U-turns and roads. The range saves one from the risks like crossing the median
on hilly roads and colliding head on with other vehicle, colliding at sharp curves. Metal Guardrails helps in redirecting

CABLE TRAY MANGEMENT SYSTEM

The cable tray and supports industry is an important ancillary industry supporting the infrastructure development
currently on expansion. The growth of this sector is directly linked to the performance of infrastructural development
in the country. India, being an emerging hub of manufacturing and services industries, the growth prospects for
cable trays and supports are impressive. With multimillion projects laid year on year, the demand for cable tray and
supports is bound to grow at an unprecedented pace, with the market set to grow at a CAGR of 15.7% during 2013-
2018.
Almost all industry verticals consume cable trays and supports during plant set up. However, the share of power
sector is highest as it involves cables for power generation and transmission. Besides supporting cables, cable trays
and supports have other applications such as supporting pipes in the oil & gas sector, and framing supporting

 MONO POLES FOR TRANSMISSION

HIGH MAST POLES

High masts with a very wide usage field can be used for lighting purposes in squares, intersections and roundabouts,
sea-ports, airports, sports areas, bus terminals, historical and touristic places, etc.

Highmasts are manufactured at various sizes, and the pole may have one galvanized polygonal section steel body or
more than one steel bodies joined by the slip-joint method.

Galvanised steel poles produced by Mitas Poles are computer designed based on up-to-date technologies and meet
the customer requirements of quality, safety and durability.

High masts are available in various types, which include platform (PL), step bolts and Rungs (PM), ladder with safety
cage (KM), internal ladder (IM), man power lift system (AS) types.

High masts can be manufactured as single-direction, two-direction and circular multi-directional types according to
floodlight orientation, depending on the customer’s requirements.
 LED STREET LIGHT POLE

Street light poles are the backbone of street lighting, and their use case extends from providing adequate lighting
