This year the conference is dedicated to New Trends in Accounting and Finance. This is
the specific challenge of our 2023 conference, and perspectives are sought from
multidisciplinary fields.

LANGUAGES

We accept full papers only in English or Portuguese

Presentations will be by videoconference in English or Portuguese/Spanish if requested.

However, non-English presentations will be held in Special Parallel Sessions, duly
identified as such.

SCIENTIFIC COMMITTEE & REVIEW PROCESS

Our Scientific Committee is spread over five continents. All full papers will be double-
blind reviewed.

PUBLICATION OPPORTUNITIES

We inform you that contrary to what was previously announced, it will not be
possible in this edition, to publish the proceedings of ICAFI 2023 by Atlantis-Press,
part of Springer Nature.

This way, as in previous editions, authors will have the opportunity to choose to
include their paper in the Conference Proceedings, with ISBN. The authors of selected
papers will be invited to publish their papers in a special issue of International Journal of
Business Innovation (IJBI) https://proa.ua.pt/index.php/ijbi
