The conceptual review on the effect of project management practice on performance of industrial park

is very clear that a positive relationship is expected between the project management practice and
performance of industrial parks. However, empirical findings show vague results with some showing
negative relationship and some showing positive or others no relationship between two. Literature
review clearly shows inconsistency between theoretical literature and most of empirical evidence. To fill
existing variable and knowledge gap researcher had included new explanatory variables such as
management competence, and risk management. This study 7 also established new framework that
relates project management and organizational performance of industrial parks.
