My amazing life experience begins with the smart people who pioneered the

manufacture of automated battery equipment such as battery winding machines,

automatic capacity/ PIEF machines, OCV test machines. I have bold experiences in
commissioning, battery winding machines and automatic capacity/PIEF machines. The
automated battery equipment uses Siemens,Omron PLC's, SCARA robots, 6-axis robots
(Epson, ABB, Kawasaki) to automatically produce pouch soft cells and prism cells.
OPT Machine Vision's technology is also employed for battery inspection for pick
and place applications. System optimization such as MES. Database logging using
HEIDISQL,NAVICAT from PLC for process monitoring, mining potential problems,
collecting data(yield/Cpk), analyzing and solving problems.
Prior moving to abroad worked as product development for die casting industries in
CRPF India Ltd and shouldered responsibility as production in charge in Amarnath
industries.
