✅ Entitled
➡ Doesn’t charge properly.
➡ Won’t turn on.
➡ Freezes often.
➡ Has microphone, speaker, or button issues.
➡ Has trouble getting internet or cell signal.

❌ Not Entitled
➡ You dropped the item & it got damaged.
➡ Spen,adapter,cable
➡ Debris entered the USB-C port & it stopped working.
➡ You lost it, it was stolen, you don’t have it anymore.
➡ You repaired the item elsewhere.
➡ You water damage the item.
➡ You rooted/jailbreak the device.

ADDITIONAL
📱This is NEW IMPORT SET warranty by OUR COMPANY for 1 YEAR.
📱S21 and NOTE 10 DEMO IMPORT SET warranty by our company 3 MONTH only.
📱 1 to 1 replacement (Return before 3 days of purchase) if MANUFACTURER DEFECT
ONLY.
🚗 If within 1 year warranty claim can send back to us by pos or walkin to service
support in Gombak Batu Caves by APPOINTMENT ONLY.
📌Dont remove if have any sticker within 1 year. Its warranty sticker

❌ For USED iPhone, no warranty by APPLE

Note:
-If the phone has problem, customer need to contact our service centre (Walk in or
postage).
-The service centre will take 1- 7 days to check or test the devices (depends on issue)
-For warranty purpose, it may take 1-8 weeks for claiming warranty (depends on
issue)
-Our service centre will decide either can fix the problem or give a replacement unit.
-We will bear the shipping cost only when ship the phone back to customer
