Graduates of Business Administration major in Human Resource Management are expected to:
• Demonstrate proficiency in the concepts, principles, theories, philosophies in Human Resource (HR)
• Perform HR functions that will assists line managers in the acquisition and development of skills and competencies of employees in the organization
• Be successful in design, implementation and monitoring of policies in organization

A graduate of the Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management program must attain:
