Research Title
Introduction
• In today's different communities, it's important to understand the problems
that LGBTQ+ students face in schools. This study explores how unfair treatment
based on gender affects LGBTQ+ senior high school students at San Isidro
National High School.

• We chose this school because it's like a small version of society, allowing us to
study student's experiences in detail.
Examining how gender discrimination affects LGBTQ+ students is important to
understand their challenges in schools. By uncovering these issues, our
objective is to foster friendlier and more respectful environments for everyone
at San Isidro National High School. This research aims to provide valuable
insights, aiding schools and decision-makers in establishing safer and more
supportive environments.
Research questions
1. How does unfair treatment based on gender affect the experiences
of LGBTQ+ Senior High School Students at San Isidro National High
School?

2. What kinds of unfair treatment related to gender do LGBTQ+ Senior


High School Students experience at school?

Research locale
The research will be conducted at San Isidro National High
School, serving as the primary research locale for this
research study. This school acts as a small-scale
representation of society, allowing for a detailed exploration
of the experiences of LGBTQ+ senior high school students
facing gender discrimination. San Isidro National High
School, located in Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City, it will serve
as the focal point for understanding the challenges and
coping mechanisms of LGBTQ+ students in the context of
unfair treatment based on gender.
Participants

• The participants of the study will be LGBTQ+ senior high


school students enrolled at San Isidro National High
School in Brgy. San Isidro, Antipolo City. Participants will
be chosen randomly to ensure a variety of perspectives
within the LGBTQ+ community at the school. Those who
voluntarily share their experiences regarding gender
discrimination and coping strategies in the school setting
will be involved in the study.
Sampling Techniques

Random Sampling Technique


-Researchers use Random sampling
technique to get a sample that accurately
represents the whole group, to ensure
fairness and allow broader conclusions
about the entire population.
