promote their business.

Government: In the Philippines, many transactions with government offices are


now possible and available online.

Computer, email, internet, fax machines, mobile phones: are only among the
information communication tools that can be considered an integral part of work
activities.

ICT and Global Network: With ICT in our schools, learners are not only
consuming but content creators as they write, edit, publish, participate, co-create
and collaborate with others.

online tests. More often than students to stay away.

3. School Bag and laptop: Each student who owns a laptop with heavy textbooks,
notes and homework is quite a burden to the students break.

Neural is a computer system modeled on the human brain and neurons system.

Neural Networks: (also referred to as connectionist system) are a computational


approach which is based on a large collection of neural units. (AKA Artificial

Linkage and Networking are different:

Linkage: the relationship between partner’s organization is quite loose

Networking: It is much stronger, usually because the groups and agencies have
common objectives and beneficiaries networking is basically extending the
outreach of the resources.
Networks; A relationship structure wherein the members of the network are able
to share resources with another

A network is composed of several institutions (consortium) of several colleges of


different universities that bind together for a common goal.

Work together to attain common objective under lake innovative practices and
update members regarding breakthrough in different discipline.
