Cancellation policy
The Organizers reserve the right to cancel the programme due to low enrollment or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified
by 22 September 2023 of any change to the programme. If the Organizers must cancel the programme, all participants will be reimbursed

for the programme fees. The Organizers will not be liable for any loss, including travel and accommodation costs suffered by or on behalf of
any person who wished to attend the programme.
