BAJRA MILLET PULAO

INGREDIENTS:-
1. BAJRA 1 CUP

(Soak in water for 10 min)

2. OIL 20 ML
3. GINGER 1 TBSP
4. 1 CUP ONION
5. 1 CUP CAPSICUM
6. 1 CUP RED BELL PEPPER
7. 1 CUP YELLOW BELL PEPPER
8. 1 CUP TOMATO
9. ½ TSP TURMERIC POWDER
10. ½ RED CHILLI POWDER
11. ½ TSP CORIANDER POWDER
12. ½ TSP CUMIN POWDER
13. ½ TSP GARAM MASALA
14. SALT TO TASTE
15. WATER ½ LT

METHOD OF PREPARATION:-
1.Firstly soak bajra in water for 10-15 min. Then drain the bajra and keep it
aside.

2. Then preheat the pan. After the pan gets heat add oil .

3.After adding oil, add all the veggies and stir properly.

4.Cook the veggies properly for about 15 min. Once the veggies are cooked add
the bajra and mix it well.

5.Cook for about 10 min and then add all the masalas .
6.Add water and then cover it with lid . Once it boils open the lid and turn off
the gas.

7.The bajra millet pulao is ready. Serve it hot.
