First, and foremost, a big thank you to Fluid, WotC, and the FRCS Game Designers Ed
Greenwood, Sean K. Reynolds, Skip Williams, and Rob Heinson.
This is a re-packaged version, originally compiled by Bitz. This version does
include everything to date for FRCS. If you have more, go to etools.ei-mg.com.
Tha major difference is multiple xmls for discriminating databases! -COLOSSUS
Some of these races, such as Human or Half-Elf, are copies of the core races. The only
main difference is that I've adjusted what languages they might know (automatic or
bonus) based on the info in the FRCS.
Make note of the FRCS, p. 85, under Living Languages, second paragraph. There it
states that any character, regardless or race or region, has these languages as Bonus
Languages: Common, Dwarf, Elf, Gnome, Goblin, Giant, Gnoll, Halfling, Orc,
Undercommon. Other languages are listed there as well for certain classes or races. I
added that list to every race's bonus languages list.
Also, ECL is not supported at this time by E-Tools. As such, it is not reflected with these
races.
All of the .rac and .mon files have been included. The Shade and Dracolich are
Templates, and as such are not included at this time.
Added two Descriptors - Shadow, Creation. These were entered into the ‘types Spell
Descriptors table’ with Ids 24 and 25, respectively.

The quote from Control Freak is that they are not necessarily complete, and as a
general note, most Feats cannot be programmed to automatically update your character
sheet.

Added all tables, except the table mod for the DMG (FRCS 301, bottom left). Will add it
once the DMG treasure tables have been re-created.
I built a .trs (Treasure) file for each scroll listed. I did this so that if you ever wanted to
build your own table with them, it’s a faster process than typing them in as Text. My way,
you get a nice Tree-style menu to pick what you want. It also allows for (hopefully) when
E-Tools integrates the .trs files with the Character/Monster Equip function.
