Introduction

Welcome to your Performance Management platform. This process is one in which you and your
managers will work together to define and evaluate your goals and behaviors and overall contribution to
the organization each year. This platform will be used to facilitate the continuous process of setting
goals, providing on-going feedback, and assessing progress, to ensure that you are meeting your
organizational and career goals.

Goals help us maintain a clear vision of the results we expect to achieve and establish key
responsibilities that should be aligned with organizational objectives of the company. In this section you

Year-end review

At this stage the overall performance of the employee is evaluated in the year considering both the
