Engagement Appraisal | Guidelines

Engagement Appraisal Forms (EAF) are applicable to Assistant Managers and below in all Business
Units.

• EAFs are generated on the WCGT360° platform and engagement wise details (feedback) are
captured during the round table discussions, along with PACE form feedback

• Individual is evaluated on KPIs based on Our Clients, Our Organisation and Technical competencies

• When 40 hours are charged to a particular job code by the individual (appraisee) and approved by the
SuperCoach (level 1 appraiser), appraisal form will automatically appear on the self appraisal screen

• In case of non achievement of threshold hours on the engagement, engagement manager (level 2
appraiser) can create the evaluation form manually (after 80 hours) for assessment

• All engagement appraisal forms must be signed-off by Co-SuperCoach (level 3 appraiser), as per the
timelines to be eligible for PACE year-end reviews and roundtable

• Feedback from the engagement appraisal form serves as a reference for discussing the overall
performance feedback and progression of the individual for that particular year

1, level 2 or level 3 to complete the pending appraiser
evaluation and /or view the status of engagement form.

• Manual Appraisal Initiation assists the Engagement

Manager to manually generate the engagement form in
case where threshold hours on the engagement is more
than 40.

Engagement Appraisal | Mapping Guidelines
Level 1 Appraiser is by default the assistant in-charge on the engagement. This mapping can be changed basis
discussion with Engagement Manager. When no one has been assigned the assistant in-charge on the engagement:
• on completion of 40 hours on a particular engagement, appraisee must check the appraiser mapping on
WCGT portal. If required, mapping can be corrected as per the reporting relationship on that assignment.
• appraisee to chose someone senior in the role on the engagement, apart from engagement manager as 1st
level appraiser .
• If this mapping is left blank, then the Engagement Manager becomes level 1 appraiser and the form moves
directly to level 3 (reviewer) for evaluation.

Level 2 Appraiser is by default the Engagement Manager of the project. However this can be changed based on mutually
agreed mapping.

Level 3 Appraiser is the Co-SuperCoach/Reporting Partner on the engagement.

Mapping Scenarios:

• When appraisee is the Engagement Manager: 1st and 2nd level appraisers are not required to be mapped. Post self-
appraisal completion, the form moves to level 3 (reviewer) directly for evaluation. In case there is a senior mapped to
the engagement, he/she can be mapped as 1 st level appraiser for evaluation and performance feedback

• When appraiser rejects the mapping, appraisee must login to the form and update the mapping as suggested.
Engagement appraisal form can be rejected by level 1/2/3 appraiser(s). However, only 1st and 2nd level appraiser
mapping can be changed by the appraisee.
