Dear Sir/ Madam,

In reference to the above subject matter, this is to inform you
that Eastern Railway Employees Consumer Co-Operative Stores Ltd, Barasat, Kol -
700124 is a Railway Quasi Organisation and Operated by Eastern Railway. We are
unable to Pay/ transaction the said Amount without any Permission/Approval
/Guidelines from Sr. DPO/SDAH, Eastern Railway. On the other hand no
transaction is possible as the Co - Operative Board has been dissolved. So, you are
requested to Contact directly to the Sr.DPO /SDAH, Eastern Railway, Sealdah
regarding this matter.
