Operations of A.P. eastern power Distribution company

With reference to the above T.O.O I would like to apply for
retention in Eluru in this year general transfers, though I have
completed five years of service in a single station.
I would like to take the opportunity to explain to you the
reason behind the request for my retention in Eluru that my
husband is working in A.P state government department in
Eluru.
