Job Context:
IMPIT Limited is looking for Jr. Architect for its Infrastructure Development Firm.
Job Responsibilities:
- To prepare design & working drawings of Interior, Exterior & Landscaping projects.
- The candidate must have the responsibility of Full projects. From the starting part to End part,
maximum responsibilities will go to the candidate. Client meeting, Design part, Project execution,
Site monitoring this part of job will be his/her responsibility.
- Expert in presentation skills. Sufficient knowledge about interior, Exterior & landscaping design is
necessary.
- Very good rendering skills and sufficient knowledge about interior, Exterior & landscaping design
is necessary.

Employment Status: Full-time

Educational Requirements:
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.)
• Bachelor of Interior Architecture (B.A )
Experience Requirements: 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements:
- Age 25 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Portfolio with good design sense and rendering skills will be given priorities.
- Experience in Developments Costing, analysis, and budgeting for Project.
- To work under design head and receive information about design idea required by clients and report
every day to design head.
- Visit the project site or customer's point to collect the measurement & required data.
- Sound Knowledge in Modern Interior, Exterior & landscaping Design & Drawing.
- Should have sufficient knowledge of various materials used in modern architecture.
- Should be able to solve conceptual architectural plans independently of any kind of structure.
- Software knowledge: Auto Cad, V-ray/ LUMION, 3d Studio Max, Sketchup, Other 3d Software,
Microsoft Office & Graphics Software.
- BOQ knowledge
- Good presentation skill,
- Client Relationship Management,
- Working with a large team.
