➢ Preparing of BOQ as per the Tender Drawings.
➢ Estimation of Quantity of concrete, steel, Columns, footings, Shuttering, Beams, slab
Staircases, Steel Etc.
➢ General Quantity from Structure / Architectural drawing with AutoCAD & Manual.
➢ Preparation of Variations as per the requirement.
➢ Preparing reports as required.
➢ Maintain Files & Records so they remain Update and easily Accessible.
➢ Material Receiving on site and placing request for material required for Next Week according
to plan.
➢ Tracking progress and manpower as per baseline and site progress.
➢ Checking bar bending Schedule.

OVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:

➢ Submitting Request for Inspection.

 ➢ Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labour
➢ Preparing tender and contract documents

➢ Measurement of Quantities as per the tender drawings and specification.

➢ To take off the different Quantities of footing, Pedestals, columns, Beams, slabs Reinforcement
according to the plan.
➢ Take off quantities of concrete of structural members & architectural Work
➢ Preparing and issue sub contract tender packages including BOQ, Specification drawings and
other Documents for the purpose of the Quotations.
➢ Evaluation of subcontractor payment application and issuing payment certificate.
➢ Taking approvals from a consultant on civil works.
➢ Reviewing the drawing and checking the work is as going as per the drawing.
