I. BEFORE THE ACTIVITY


Ladies and gentlemen, our session will start in about a minute, so please find yourself a seat
to settle down.
Thank you for your kind cooperation and attention.

II. BEGINNING

To our, San Luis Kawan and Troop leaders and to our Public School District Supervisor
Maam Madilyn V. Ayson, our BSP Proncipal in charge Dr. Chielito Pena, our San Luis BSP
coordinator Scouter Luis Taruc, goodmorning

My name is Sctr Amy Kay T. Canlas from San Nicolas Elementary School and on behalf of
the BSP School Leaders, I would like to welcome all of you to the Boy Scout of the
Philippines School Leaders Joint Meeting of Kawan and Troop Section It is our privilege to
have you with us today.

Before anything else, may I ask everybody to please rise for the prayer to be led by Sctr
Vilma S. Taruc, San Isidro Elem School Kawan Leader, and remain so, for the singing of the
Makabayan Song to be be led Sta Monica Elementary School’s Kawan Leader , Sctr May M.
Galang

Thank you, Sctr Taruc and Sctr Galang.

At this point in time may I invite Sctr Jeffrey P. Cayanan from Sta Cruz Poblacion E/s to lead
us for the pledge of Allegiance.

Now for the Oath and Law may we call in the Troop Leader Of Sta. Catalina Elementary
School Sctr Rassel V Solano.

For the Roll call we are please to have Sctr Rica Joyce Gamboa from San Carlos Elementary
School

Ladies and gentlemen, a very good morning once again to everyone and welcome to our Joint
Meeting. Our meeting for today will surely give us insight on ensuring improvement in San
Luis BSP council So, we hope that everyone is in a happy disposition today and that you will
find the presentations and the discussions we have lined-up for you to be fruitful and
engaging.

To kick-off this program, we are pleased to have with us our very beautiful and very
noble Schools Division Superintendent, Maam Madilyn V. Ayson, to deliver to us a
very inspirational message. Let us welcome her with a warm round of applause.

Thank you, maam for the very wonderful message.

So, before we start the meeting proper, I would like to add an inspirational quote from
Henry Ford.

“Coming together is a beginning. Keeping together is progress. Working


together is success." "If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes
care of itself."
