Passport

1. Copy of Applicant’s passport – photo page only.

Certificates

2. TB Certificate.

3. English Certificate – A1 Life Skills in English (speaking and listening).

Previous Marriage

4. Divorce Certificate (if applicable).

UK DOCUMENTS

5. Copy of UK Sponsor’s passport – including all entry and exit stamps (need to show where you
met e.g. India/Pakistan etc.)

6. Divorce Certificate (if applicable).

Income – UK Sponsor

7. Letter from UK Sponsor’s employer confirming employment.

8. 6 months wage slips (annual salary has to be at least £18,600 per annum) – You must have
been employed by the same employer for 6 months.

9. 6 months bank statements showing receipt of salary (all 6 months payments must show in
your bank statements).

10. P60 (not mandatory).

 Accommodation

11. Deeds / Tenancy Agreement – for the property where you will be living together.

Photographs together

13. Copy of engagement photographs – approx. 20.

14. Other photographs together – approx. 20.

Relationship documents

15. Telephone call records – screenshots, approx. 2/3 per week.

Marriage in the UK

17. Proof of any hall booking / enquiries you have made regarding wedding function in the UK.
