Letter of Guarantee of Products Sold and Delivered by Pepe’s Marketing Limited

Dear Sir/Madam,

Pepe’s Marketing Limited guarantees the implementation of good management practices for the safe
production of food. This letter is to ensure that products sold and shipped to our customers contain
no added chemicals and physical hazards.

Any product sold and delivered to our customers are guaranteed as of such shipment or deliveries to
be not adulterated, misbranded or unsafe within the meaning of the Food and Drug Act. (Chapter
30.01) of the Republic of Trinidad and Tobago.

This guarantee includes maximum pesticide residue levels (MRL) are never exceeded, where
chemicals are applied only by a licensed applicator according to strict local guidelines.

Pepe’s Group Limited implements good food safety practices and good food storage practices in
accordance with industry standards.
