Scope of Work Gail Scada project

1. Civil work for Network rack elevation

2. Installation of 42U rack with floor grouting and as well earthing.
3. Elevation of Racks
4. Laying of FRLS cables for Power & CAT6 cables for Data.
5. Racking and stacking of devices
6. Mounting & installation of all devices with proper fittings as mentioned in DC.
7. Rack dressing with cable ties and black Velcro tape at backside and front side as well with
labelling (printed and laminated non-terrible paper) on all devices and each power cords of
the same.

8. Configuration of switches as per requirement

9. Creation of VLANs, Inter VLANs in switches
10. Other configurations as per customer requirement in switches
11. In router, configuration for MPLS and broadband connectivity between all sites (As per
attached Sheets)
12. Coordination with ISP for any link connectivity test
13. End to end connectivity testing with other sites.
14. In server raid configuration
15. LTO tape testing and backup software installation in Server.
16. Installation of MS-Office & Anti-virus with license key activation in all servers.
17. Installation of work station with monitor on console table with cable dressing
18. Installation of MS-Office & Anti-virus in Desktops (desktop edition)
19. We have to install only Anti-virus in Routers and in servers both MS-Office & Anti-virus has
to be installed. (server edition)
20. Installation of printer-on-printer table.
21. Assemble the Chairs.
22. Last there is ping testing, Handover and documentation sign of part with stamp and date &
signature of Gail team.
23. Capture all device config files, licence key details for MS Office and Antivirus, note down and
save user id and password for each device for future use.
24. Take Sign off of the SAT from the customer.
