महत्वपूर्ण अनुदेश / IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

1. In addition to e-Admit Card, candidate must bring recent passport size photograph (self-attested) and legible photo identity proof with complete date of
birth such as (i) Passport, (ii) Aadhaar Card, (iii) Driving License, (iv) Service ID Card (for Ex-serviceman/Govt. Employees), (v) ID Card issued by
University/College/School, (vi) Voter’s ID Card, (vii) PAN Card, (viii) Ex-serviceman Discharge Book issued by M/o Defence, & (ix) Any other Photo
Identity Proof issued by Central or State Government.
ई-प्रवेश पत्र के अतिरिक्त, उम्मीदवार को अपने साथ हाल ही में खिची हुई पासपोर्ट साइज़ की फोटो (स्वयं सत्यापित) और अपने साथ मूल जन्म तिथि के प्रमाण पत्र जैसे कि (i) पासपोर्ट , (ii) आधार
कार्ड, (iii) ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस, (iv) सर्विस आई. डी. कार्ड (भूतपूर्व सैनिक / सरकारी कर्मचारी के लिए), (v) विश्वविद्यालय/कॉलेज/स्कू ल द्वारा जारी पहचान पत्र, (vi) मतदाता पहचान पत्र, (vii) पैन
कार्ड, (viii) भूतपूर्व सैनिक के लिये डिस्चार्ज बुक एवं (ix) के न्द्र या राज्य सरकार द्वारा प्रदान किया गया फोटो प्रमाण पत्र लाना होगा।
2. Candidate must bring all educational certificates, Caste certificate, Police ward Certificate, Sports Certificates, Departmental Certificate
along-with one set of photocopies of all certificates, which is mandatory.
उम्मीदवार को सभी शैक्षिक प्रमाण पत्र, जाति प्रमाण पत्र, पुलिस वार्ड प्रमाण पत्र, खेल प्रमाण पत्र, विभागीय प्रमाण पत्र और सभी प्रमाण पत्रों की फोटोकॉपी का एक सेट लाना होगा, जो कि अनिवार्य
है।

 3. Candidate must bring valid original Driving License (HTV/HMV/HGV) for Trade Test and the closing date for this purpose will be crucial date, i.e.
29/07/2022. The Driving License (HMV/HMV/HGV) issued after 29/07/2022 will not be acceptable. The Learner’s License will not be acceptable..
उम्मीदवार को ट्रेड परीक्षा में अपना मूल लाइसेंस (HTV/HMV/HGV) लाना अनिवार्य है और इस उद्देश्य के लिए अंतिम महत्वपूर्ण तिथि 29/07/2022 होगी | 29/07/2022 के बाद जारी किया
गया ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (HTV/HMV/HGV) स्वीकार्य नहीं होगा। लर्नर (सिखने) वाला लाइसेंस स्वीकार्य/मान्य नहीं होगा।
4. Candidates claiming weightage of additional marks for NCC and RRU Certificates will have to produce original Certificates for supporting their claim at
the time of document verification (i.e. Trade Test). The crucial date for this purpose will be the closing date of receipt of online applications.
जो उम्मीदवार एन.सी.सी. और आर.आर.यू. प्रमाण पत्र के आधार पर अतिरिक्त अंक लेना चाहते है उनको प्रमाण पत्रों की जाँच के समय अपने असली प्रमाण पत्र लाने होंगे (ट्रेड परीक्षा के समय)।
इसके लिए अंतिम तिथि ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि तक ही मान्य होगी
5. Delhi Police will neither be responsible for any accident or injury which might take place during the Trade Test, nor will Delhi Police liable for any claim
arising out of any injury etc. suffered during the Trade Test.
ट्रेड परीक्षा के दौरान होने वाली किसी भी दुर्घटना या चोट के लिए दिल्ली पुलिस जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी, न ही दिल्ली पुलिस चोट आदि से उत्पन्न किसी भी दावे के लिए उत्तरदायी होगी।
6. No travelling allowance or other expenses will be paid by the Delhi Police for attending the Trade Test.
ट्रेड परीक्षा के समय किसी भी उम्मीदवार को किसी भी प्रकार का यात्रा भत्ता या अन्य खर्च का भुगतान नहीं किया जाएगा।
7. Candidate not fulfilling the eligibility conditions, i.e. age, Educational Qualification Driving License etc. will not be allowed to appear in the Trade Test.
आयु, शैक्षिक योग्यता, ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस आदि जैसी पात्रता की शर्तों को पूरा नहीं करने वाले उम्मीदवार को ट्रेड परीक्षा के लिए प्रवेश नहीं करने दिया जायेगा।
8. The date, time & Venue of Trade Test is FINAL and no request for change will be entertained. In case a candidate FAILS to attend the PE&MT
on the scheduled date & time, he will be treated as ABSENT and no request in any form for next date through post/by-hand/e-mail etc. will be
entertained under any circumstances. The Candidate is advised to reach at least one day in advance near his PE&MT venue.
ट्रेड परीक्षा की तारीख, समय और स्थान अंतिम है परिवर्तन के लिए कोई अनुरोध स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। यदि कोई उम्मीदवार ट्रेड परीक्षा में भाग नहीं लेता है, तो उसे अनुपस्थित माना जाएगा
और उसके किसी भी अनुरोध को किसी भी माध्यम से स्वीकार नहीं किया जाएगा। उम्मीदवार को यह सलाह दी जाती है कि वह ट्रेड परीक्षा के लिए निर्दिष्ट स्थल के नजदीक कम से कम एक दिन
पहले पहुंच जाए।
9. Candidate may not bring any type of bag/ valuable items/ fire arms/ sharp weapons/ mobile or electronic gadgets at the venue. Delhi Police will not be
responsible for any loss of articles.
उम्मीदवार किसी भी प्रकार का बैग / मूल्यवान सामान / फायर आर्म्स / तेज हथियार / मोबाइल फ़ोन या किसी भी अन्य प्रकार के इलेक्ट्रॉनिक गैजेट्स को कार्यक्रम स्थल पर नहीं लायेगा और खो
जाने की स्थिति में दिल्ली पुलिस जिम्मेदार नहीं होगी।
10. Candidates seeking reservation benefits for SC/ST /OBC/ EWS must ensure that they are entitled to such reservation as per eligibility on the crucial
date. They should also possess the caste/community certificate. The crucial date for this purpose will be the closing date of receipt of online
application i.e. 29.07.2022.

अनुसूचित जाति /अनुसूचित जनजाति /अन्य पिछड़ा वर्ग /आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्ग के लिए आरक्षण लाभ प्राप्त करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को यह सुनिश्चित करना चाहिए कि वे आवेदन की अंतिम
तिथि पर पात्रता के अनुसार इस तरह के आरक्षण के हकदार हैं। उनके पास जाति/सामुदायिक प्रमाण पत्र भी होना चाहिए। इस प्रयोजन के लिए अंतिम तिथि ऑनलाइन आवेदन की प्राप्ति की अंतिम
तिथि होगी अर्थात 29.07.2022.
11. All candidates are allowed provisionally subject to verification of their valid Driving License (HTV/HMV/HGV) and if during the conduct of Trade Test, if
it is found that the candidate is not in possession of valid Driving License (HTV/HMV/HGV) issued on or before 29/07/2022, his candidature will be
treated as stand cancelled and no request, in this regard, will be entertained at any cost.
सभी उम्मीदवारों को उनके वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (एचटीवी/एचएमवी/एचजीवी) के सत्यापन के अधीन अनंतिम रूप से अनुमति दी जाती है और यदि ट्रेड टेस्ट के संचालन के दौरान यह पाया जाता है
कि उम्मीदवार के पास वैध ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस (एचटीवी/एचएमवी/एचजीवी) 29/07/2022 को या उससे पहले जारी नहीं किया गया है, तो उसकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द मानी जाएगी और इस संबंध में
किसी भी कीमत पर किसी भी अनुरोध पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा।
