INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES FOR SKILL TEST AGAINST ADVT NO. 03/2023/BARC
प्रिय आवेदक, Dear Applicant,

1. आपको प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित तिथि और स्थान पर कौशल परीक्षा के लिए अस्थायी रूप से चुना गया है। कौशल परीक्षा के लिए
निर्धारित तिथि किसी भी परिस्थिति में नहीं बदली जाएगी।
You are now provisionally selected to appear for the Skill test on the date and venue indicated in the
admit card. The date fixed for the Skill Test will not be changed under any circumstances.
2. अपने प्रवेश पत्र और सीबीटी प्रवेश पत्र की पावती पर्ची के बिना, आपको कौशल परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। अभ्यर्थी को
प्रवेश पत्र में उल्लिखित निर्धारित रिपोर्टिंग तिथि और समय पर कौशल परीक्षा स्थल पर रिपोर्ट करना होगा। अभ्यर्थियों से अनुरोध किया जाता है कि
वे कौशल परीक्षा के लिए निर्धारित समय से पर्याप्त समय पूर्व रिपोर्ट करें ताकि अभ्यर्थी के प्रत्यय पत्रों यथा फोटो/बायोमैट्रि क्स सत्यापन (फिं गर प्रिंट)
का सत्यापन, अनुदेशों की घोषणा/इत्यादि आदि गतिविधियों को पूरा किया जा सके ।
Without your admit card and acknowledgement slip of CBT admit card, you will not be permitted to appear
for the skill test. Candidate must report at the Skill Test venue on scheduled reporting date and time
mentioned in the Admit Card. Candidates are requested to report well before the allotted time for skill test
in order to complete activities such as verification of credentials of the candidate like photograph/
biometrics verification(finger print), announcement of instructions etc.
3. कौशल परीक्षा के लिए उपस्थित होते समय आपको निम्नलिखित दस्तावेज लाने होंगे :
While appearing for the skill test you are required to bring the following:
i. सीबीटी के प्रवेश पत्र की पावती पर्ची Acknowledgement slip of admit card of CBT
ii. कौशल परीक्षा का प्रवेश पत्र Admit card of Skill test
iii. ऑनलाइन आवेदन का प्रिंटआउट Printout of online application
iv. नॉन-प्रोग्रामेबल साइंटिफिक कै लकु लेटर Non Programmable Scientific Calculator
v. शैक्षणिक योग्यताओं के समर्थन में मूल प्रमाण पत्र और प्रमाणपत्रों की सत्यापित प्रतियां Original certificates and attested copies
of certificates in support of academic qualifications
vi. जन्म तिथि का प्रमाण Proof of date of birth
vii. अनुभव का प्रमाण, यदि कोई हो Proof of experience, if any.
viii. जाति प्रमाण पत्र (ओबीसी अभ्‍यर्थियों के मामले में नॉन क्रीमी लेयर प्रमाण पत्र और महाराष्ट्र के अभ्‍यर्थियों के मामले में जाति वैधता प्रमाण पत्र)
Caste Certificate(Non creamy Layer certificate in the case of OBC candidates and Caste validity
certificate in case of Maharashtra candidates)
ix. ईडब्ल्यूएस प्रमाण पत्र, यदि लागू हो EWS certificate, if applicable
x. विकलांगता प्रमाण पत्र, यदि लागू हो Disability Certificate, if applicable
xi. यदि आप कें द्र/राज्य सरकार/स्वायत्त निकाय/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र उपक्रम के तहत काम कर रहे हैं तो अपने वर्तमान नियोक्ता से अनापत्ति प्रमाण
पत्र । No Objection Certificate from your present employer to in case you are serving under Central/State
Government/Autonomous Body/ Public Sector Undertaking.
xii. फोटो आईडी जैसे आधार/पैन/ड्राइविंग लाइसेंस। Photo ID proof like Aadhaar/ PAN/Driving License.
4. अभ्यर्थीयों को प्रत्यय पत्र और पात्रता को आयोजन स्थल के अधिकारियों द्वारा सत्यापित किये जाने के पश्चात ही उन्हें कौशल परीक्षा के लिए उपस्थित
होने की अनुमति दी जाएगी । यदि पावती/प्रवेश पत्र में दिए गए विवरण/सूचना के साथ छे ड़छाड़ की जाती है या यह विवरण इस कें द्र में उपलब्ध
अभ्यर्थी के विवरण से मेल नहीं खाते हैं , तो अभ्यर्थी को कौशल परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने की अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Candidate will be
permitted to appear for the Skill Test only after their credentials and eligibility are verified by venue officials.
If the details/information in the Acknowledgement/Admit Card are found to be mutilated / tampered with,
or are in disagreement with the candidate’s particulars available with this Centre, the candidate will not be
permitted to appear for the Skill Test.
 5. सत्यापन के लिए परीक्षा स्थल पर बायोमेट्रि क्स लिया जाएगा जिस का सीबीटी के समय लिये गए बायोमेट्रि क्स के साथ मिलान किया जाएगा।
बायोमेट्रि क्‍स के बेमेल पाये जाने की स्थिति में, उनकी अभ्यर्थीता रद्द कर दी जाएगी। The biometrics shall be captured at the test
venue for verification. The captured biometrics will be matched/tallied with the biometrics captured at the
time of CBT. In case of any mismatch, their candidature will be cancelled.
6. आपको पासपोर्ट आकार के फोटों की दो प्रतियां साथ लानी होंगी (वही फोटो जो ऑनलाइन आवेदन पत्र में अपलोड की गई है ) । अभ्यर्थी अपने
कौशल परीक्षा की तिथि को, परीक्षक की उपस्थिति में ही, प्रवेश पत्र में दिए गए स्थान पर हस्ताक्षर करें गे। You are required to bring two
copies of passport size photograph (same photograph which is uploaded in online application form).
Candidate shall sign in the space provided in the Admit Card only in presence of the examiner on the date
of their Skill Test.
7. अभ्यर्थी के सामान के लिए कोई सुरक्षण या लॉकर की व्यवस्था नहीं है। परीक्षा स्थल के अधिकारी इसकी सुरक्षित अभिरक्षा के लिए जिम्मेदार नहीं
होंगे। अत:, यह सलाह दी जाती है कि कोई भी मूल्यवान वस्तु साथ न लाएं । There is no safekeeping or locker arrangement for
candidate’s belongings. Examination venue authorities will not be responsible for its safe custody. Hence, it
is advised not to bring any valuable items.
8. कौशल परीक्षा स्थल पर किसी भी प्रकार का अनाचार/अनुचित साधनों/कदाचार/अनुशासनहीनता या छद्मव्‍यक्तिता पाये जाने पर अभ्‍यर्थी को अयोग्य
घोषित कर दिया जाएगा। अभ्यर्थीयों को परीक्षा कें द्र में अन्य अभ्यर्थीयों के साथ संवाद, परामर्श या बातचीत करने या किसी भी तरह से अशांति
निर्मित करने से टोक है। ऐसे अभ्यर्थीयों को अयोग्य ठहराया जाएगा और निष्कासित कर दिया जाएगा। निर्देशों के उल्लंघन और कदाचार पर
एफआईआर दर्ज करने सहित दंडात्मक कार्र वाई के अलावा अभ्यर्थिता अमान्य हो सकती है। Indulging in any type of malpractice/
unfair means/ misbehavior/ indiscipline in the Skill Test venue or impersonation will disqualify the
candidate. Candidates are prohibited from communicating, consulting or conversing with other candidates
in the examination centre or causing disturbance in any manner whatsoever. Such candidates shall be
disqualified and expelled. Violation of any of the instructions and misbehavior may lead to invalidation of
candidature besides penal action including lodging of FIR.

10. बाहरी अभ्यर्थीयों को मुंबई में आयोजित कौशल परीक्षा में भाग लेने के लिए अपनी यात्रा और ठहरने की व्यवस्था स्वयं करनी होगी। Outstation
candidates will have to make their own travel and stay arrangements for attending their Skill Test in
Mumbai.
11. कौशल परीक्षा में भाग लेने वाले अनुसूचित जाति/अनुसूचित जनजाति के अभ्यर्थी, जो सरकारी विभाग/सार्वजनिक क्षेत्र के उपक्रमों आदि में कार्यरत
नहीं हैं और जिन्हें रे लवे रियायत नहीं मिल रही है , वे नियमों के अनुसार निकटतम मार्ग द्वारा स्लीपर क्लास/द्वितीय श्रेणी रे लवे किराये के यात्रा भत्ता
(टीए) के पात्र हैं , बशर्ते कि पहले 30 किलोमीटर (आने और जाने) का किराया अभ्यर्थी द्वारा वहन किया जाएगा। पात्र अभ्यर्थीयों से अनुरोध है कि वे
कौशल परीक्षा के बाद https://www.barconlineexam.com के माध्यम से ऑनलाइन आवेदन करें और अपना जाति प्रमाण पत्र, आने-जाने
के टिकट और बैंक पासबुक का पहला पृष्ठ/रद्द चेक को अपलोड करें । टीए का भुगतान के वल तभी किया जाएगा जब उम्मीदवार परीक्षा के लिए
उपस्थित होंगे और परीक्षा में उपस्थित होने के लिए पात्र पाए जाएं गे। SC/ST candidates attending the Skill Test, who are not
employed in Govt. sector/PSUs etc. and not getting Railway concession are eligible for travelling allowance
(TA) of Sleeper Class / Second Class railway fare by the shortest direct route as per Rules, provided the fare of
first 30 kms each (to and fro) shall be borne by the candidate. Eligible candidates are requested to apply
online through https://www.barconlineexam.com after the Skill test and upload their Caste Certificate, to
and fro Tickets and first page of Bank Passbook / Cancelled Cheque. TA will be paid only if the candidates
are found eligible to appear for the test and appeared the test.
12. सभी मामलों में भापअ कें द्र का निर्णय अंतिम होगा और अभ्यर्थीयों के लिए बाध्यकारी होगा। Decision of BARC in all the matters will
be final and binding on the candidates.

अभ्‍यर्थियों के लिए नोटः Note for the Candidates:

• यदि दस्तावेजों के सत्यापन के दौरान यह पाया जाता है कि अभ्यर्थी विज्ञापन के अनुसार आवेदन किए गए पद के लिए पात्र नहीं है तो
उन्हें कौशल परीक्षा के लिए अनुमति नहीं दी जाएगी। Candidates will not be allowed for Skill Test if it is found
during the verification of documents that he/she is not eligible for the post applied as per the
advertisement.

• कौशल परीक्षा के लिए अभ्यर्थीयों का प्रवेश विशुद्ध रूप से अनंतिम है तथा निर्धारित पात्रता शर्तों को पूरा करने के अधीन है । The
admission of the candidates for the Skill Test is purely PROVISIONAL subject to satisfying the
prescribed eligibility conditions.
• ऐसे अभ्‍यर्थी जिन्होंने ऑनलाइन आवेदन प्राप्त करने की अंतिम तिथि (22.05.2023) को विज्ञापन में निर्धारित अपेक्षित शैक्षणिक
योग्यता प्राप्त नहीं की है , वे पात्र नहीं होंगे । Candidates who have not acquired the requisite educational
qualification prescribed in the advertisement as on last date of receipt of online Application
(22.05.2023) will not be eligible.
• अभ्‍यर्थी यह सुनिश्चित कर लें कि वे कौशल परीक्षा के लिए उपस्थित होने से पहले कि विज्ञापन में निर्धारित शर्तों को पूरा करते हैं ,
अन्यथा उनकी उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। भविष्य में किए गये किसी भी पत्राचार पर विचार नहीं किया जाएगा। Candidates
may ensure that they fulfill the conditions as prescribed in the advertisement before they appear
for Skill Test, else their candidature shall be cancelled. No correspondence in this regard shall be
entertained in future.

परीक्षा स्थल तक पहुंचने हेतु जानकारी : How to reach the Venue of examination: मुंबई शहर में आप बेस्ट बस, लोकल
ट्रेन, ऑटोरिक्शा या टैक्सी से यात्रा कर सकते हैं , जो आसानी से उपलब्ध हैं। परीक्षा स्थल का निकटतम स्थानीय रे लवे स्टेशन हार्बर
लाइन पर मानखुर्द है , जो लगभग 2 किलोमीटर दू र है। In Mumbai city you can travel by BEST bus, Local train,
Autorickshaw or Taxi, which are easily available. The local railway station nearest to the venue is
Mankhurd on Harbour Line, about 2kms away.
आर. के . स्टू डियो (चेम्बूर) और देवनार बस डिपो अनुशक्तिनगर के निकट प्रमुख स्थलचिन्‍ह हैं। निम्नलिखित बेस्ट बस मार्ग
अनुशक्तिनगर से होकर निकलती हैं। 21 लि., 92 लि., 352,355 लि., 360,371,374 लि., 380,382 लि., 399 लि., 501 लि., 502
लि., 503 लि., 504 लि., 506 लि., 521 लि. आदि R.K. Studio (Chembur) and Deonar Bus Depot are landmarks
near Anushaktinagar. The following BEST bus routes touch Anushaktinagar: 21 Ltd., 92 Ltd., 352,
355 Ltd., 360, 371, 374 Ltd., 380, 382 Ltd., 399 Ltd., 501 Ltd., 502 Ltd., 503 Ltd., 504 Ltd., 506 Ltd., 521

महत्वपूर्ण स्थानों से परीक्षा स्थल तक सड़क मार्ग से अनुमानित दू री: मुंबई छत्रपति शिवाजी टर्मिनस (सीएसटी)-20 किलोमीटर, मुंबई
सेंट्र ल-21 किलोमीटर, दादर-11 किलोमीटर, लोकमान्य तिलक टर्मिनस (कु र्ला )-8 किलोमीटर, बांद्रा टर्मिनस-15 किलोमीटर, ठाणे-24
किलोमीटर अनुशक्तिनगर से आप ऑटोरिक्शा से या पैदल (~ 2 किलोमीटर) परीक्षा स्थल तक पहुंच सकते हैं । Approximate
distance by road from important places to the venue: Mumbai Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST)
- 20 Km, Mumbai Central - 21 Km Dadar -11Km Lokmanya Tilak Terminus (Kurla) - 8Km Bandra
Terminus - 15 Km Thane - 24 Km From Anushaktinagar, you can reach the examination venue by
taking autorickshaw or by walk (~2 Kms)
