This is an application in response to the Guardian newspaper job advert. I am

applying for the post of Electrical Engineer in your reputable organization. My skills

I am Layeni Kehinde Ganiu, an indigene of Lagos State from Lagos Island

local government area. I have a B.Eng. in electrical electronics engineering from
Kwara State University and an apprenticeship certificate in rewinding and electrical
installation/repair from Maths Engineering Works workshop.

I have had extensive experience in electrical repair, panel work, rewinding,

and electrical installation due to my active participation in several repair jobs in
different industrial settings, either as an external contractor or a technical freelancer,
for over ten years.
