RE: APPLICATION FOR THE POSITION OF Civil Engineering Technician

My name is Ishimwe pacifique a Rwandan national and I holder of and Advanced diploma in Electrical
and Electronics Engineering (Alternative Energy)

After my gradation I have had an opportunity to work with Remote Groupe LTD in the position of Solar
Technician FROM Murch 2019 to November 2019 and my responsibilities among others included
installation, maintenance and distribution of solar energy

During my brief period of work, I have appreciated the proper procedures of handling the
products(food) and how the same is prepared, processed, stored and even distributed to the end users.
Where the process is automated my duty is to monitor the automated machine and keep track of the
records.

On the aspect of safety, I have experience of maintaining critical electrical appliances and I understand
the dangers they pose and therefore their safety safeguards. Equally I have great understanding on how
important to be on time and in full (OTIF). This is indeed the essence of any production process and the
essence of maintaining the market and I have demonstrated the seriousness of this performance
indicator in my previous assignments.

I have had an opportunity of putting into practice the principles of lean manufacturing while working
with the Remote Group Limited which was dealing with solar installation and distribution in which we
were required to do more with less while delivering the maximum to the customers.

During my assignments I have worked within a structured framework of command and I have
appreciated the command structure and I have directed the technicians under me (Shapoorji Pallonji
company ltd where I worked as Electrical Engineer and PTW/LOTO coordinator) with due respect and
understanding and thus ensuring maximum output from the team. I also want to state that I have a full
grasp of a holistic approach to equipment maintenance which strives to achieve perfect production
ensuring that there is, no machine breakdowns or some small stops or slow running of machines.
Finally, I want to confirm that I have a candid knowledge on information and data management because
I worked with an Indian company as an Electrical Engineer and PTW/LOTO Coordinator at Gisagara peat
fired power plant as you can see in my CV.

It is on the basis of my practical experience on the field which has made me feel that I am the right
candidate to occupy the position of a Civil Engineering Technician in your esteemed organization. Given
